Koala Pan-Tilt Camera Overview
This pan-tilt camera is a powerful solution for robotic vision experiments. Several interface options are available. You may order the USB version of the pan-tilt camera, and connect the USB to a linux-based Korebot for capture and further processing. Off-board processing can be achieved via an 802.11b/g wireless connection to your Korebot. You may also order the camera with the video cinch connectors and have a framegrabber connected to a PC104 or another solution of your choice. One or two pan-tilt cameras can be controlled directly from the Koala using KoreMotor, a dedicated motion control processor mounted under the Koala's hood or standalone.Features: Compact -- Fast -- Large choice of optics on demand -- Open interfaces: I2C, RS232 & K-NET/SPC.
